IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Be trained or assigned to assist in Network and System Admin duties, tasks, and projects
  • Be trained or assigned in managing the Information Security policies and protocols of the company
  • Provide first-level support and resolution to end-user’s IT concerns in a responsive and service-oriented manner
  • Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network related problems
  • Help manage servers and network devices
  • Setup accounts, install software, and configure IT products
  • Assist in setup, transfer and configuration of workstations
  • Conducts research, perform proof-of-concept, and implement IT projects

 

WE’RE LOOKING FOR REALLY GOOD PEOPLE WHO ARE/HAVE

  • Experience or exposure to Network and Systems–a definite advantage
  • Experience, exposure, or interest in Information Security–a definite advantage
  • Windows environment, Active Directory
  • Linux OS
  • Advanced Networking skills
  • Structured cabling
  • Fortigate firewall configuration
  • Cisco router configuration
  • CRM systems: remote VPN/remote desktop, SalesForce, SalesPage

 

Tech Support Specialist

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

  • Has an excellent command and understanding of the English language, both oral and written
  • Willing to work extended hours, shifting schedule, and weekends
  • Ability to adjust to changing conditions or priorities
  • Mobile and able to lift or move IT equipment
  • Puts security in high consideration, consistently follows procedures, protocols, and policies
  • Has the initiative, and has high level of analytical thinking
  • ABILITY AND ATTITUDE TO GET THE JOB DONE
